My Daily Blog

 We are pretty vested because o8ur dear friend Marianne has been diagnosed with Parkinsons Disease.  We are so upset.  I can't get over it.  We are offered in all the help we can, but the prognosis is grim.  I've written to her and will walk with her Friday.  

 Today we put the Prius in for a checkup, and then we took our walk and then went out to lunch at Rockridge Cafe.  Then I watched a movie on TV while Bill worked on his puzzle.  Then the fire inspectors came.  They were very nice.  I am now blogging.  Bill is waiting to hear when our car is ready.  I am hoping the person at Ford can pick him up in time for our car to be done.  We haven't seen anyone else today.  I will try to contact Sharon to see how she is doing.  

this afternoon we are going to see Scott , Jessi and Wesley and Lewis for the first time in weeks, as we've had Covid and been unable to see them until now.  I'm very excited.  We took a walk and I did my exercises this morning and then we had luncher.  I watched a movie while I ate lunch, and it was forgettable But satisfying.  About a prince who is delightful but sour, and a girl who is his father's nurse before he died in a Boston hospital.  Crazy.  But then they all are.  I can't wait to see the boys and their parents.  How fun is that?

 Today we took a walk after I went to Star for some groceries, and to Dr. Lit's office to get 2 ore bottles of vitamins.  Then Bill took me to Toutou's for lunch. I had Steak frites and iced tea. Then I came home and watched a movie called Lily and Jane, about Jane Austen.  It was a terrific romance.  Now I'm blogging and  will do some fun stuff before dinner.  I hope Jessi calls some time today.  I've missed not speaking to her.

yesterday Bill tested negative for Covid. We are thrilled.  Yesterday we watched Jungle cruise on the Disney channel .  Today we came over to Scott's and Jessi's and Changed the litter.  Then we came back home.  Bill took me to Barney's for lunch and then I watched a movie about a prince and his Daughter's nanny.  It was fun.  Now I'm doing the blog to catch up with everything here.  I hope things are not as upsetting as they think they are for our political officials.  But it doe not look good.  I hope against hope that our officials come to their senses. 

 Today. is the Fourth of July.  We went over to Jessi's for lunch.  We got Macdonalds and then watched a movie called Disinchanted. with Amy Addams and all the original cast.  It was fun.  Then I came home and took a nap and now I'm ready for dinner.  By the way, the wicked queen was played by Maya Rudolph.  We are heating up pizza for dinner.  I hope we find a good movie for tonight.

 I tested negative today for Covid. Finally!  Deb and George are coming over at 4:30 to get the cabin keys and instructions. We had the cleaners here this morning then went out to lunch at the Rockridge Cafe.  I am so glad to be negative. I've been waiting for this for a long time.

 Today is Nate's birthday.   We hope to Skype with him today.  I hope he has a great day and year. I hope he has fun this coming year.  This morning I took a walk by myself then went with Bill to the bank and to the CVS for cough syrup then to MacDonalds for lunch to take back.  I hope Nate has fun today.
